IPLAYCO CORPORATION LTD. ("IPC") (TSX VENTURE:IPC) is pleased to announce the
release of its audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended
September 30, 2008. The audited financial statements of the Company can be
accessed at www.sedar.com.


Total sales of $3,838,358 for the three months ended September 30, 2008 were
$1,531,985 (66%) higher than the comparable period in 2007. Net income during
the fourth quarter of 2008 was $538,723, an increase of $582,037 over the
previous year, due mainly to shipments into the US, as a backlog of customer
requested shipment delays was cleared.


Total sales of $9,143,192 for the year ended September 30, 2008 were $1,548,936
lower than 2007. Net income for the year ended September 30, 2008 was $51,608, a
decrease of $541,456 from the previous year, due mainly to a weakening global
market resulting in lower sales.

IPlayco Corporation Ltd. through its subsidiaries, International Play Company
Inc. and Outdoor Play Company Inc., design, manufacture and install play
structures for restaurants, family entertainment centres, fitness centres,
churches, schools, parks and other indoor and outdoor venues.


Outdoor Play Company Inc. recently opened its first Company owned and operated
family entertainment centre ("The Great Escape") in Langley BC. The operations
of the entertainment centre, which is are a logical extension of the Company's
core manufacturing business, will provide additional profits and cash flow, and
will be a valuable resource for showcasing new play elements.
