Healthscreen Solutions Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MDU) ("Healthscreen" or the "Company"),

enhancing services, announced that the Information and Privacy
Commissioner/Ontario ("IPC") has reviewed Healthscreen's CallerMD security
practices as part of an informal investigation.


According to the IPC's summary: "The IPC reviewed Healthscreen's security
measures, and was satisfied that they had strong safeguards in place to protect
the personal health information it has in its possession...Therefore the matter
was resolved on an informal basis, and the file was closed."
