FRV Media : Changes to the Board of Directors

MONTREAL, QUEBEC announces the following changes to its Board of directors :

Have joined the Board :

- Madame Suzanne Laurencelle, portfolio manager, Fonds d'investissement de la culture et des communications (FICC). Mrs Laurencelle replaces Mrs Helene Levesque who has resigned for personal and professional reasons.

- Mr Regent Gagnon, portfolio manager, Fondaction CSN replacing Mr Luc Lapointe who has resigned for personal and professional reasons.

The president and chief executive officer, Mr Richard Laferriere, thanked Helene Levesque and Luc Lapointe for their dedication and invaluable contribution to FRV Media's development.
