TORONTO, Sept. 22, 2015 /CNW/ - Firm Capital Property
Trust ("FCPT" or the "Trust") (TSXV : FCD.UN) is
pleased to announce that it is has closed a non-brokered private
placement offering of units in the capital of the Trust
("Units") that was previously announced on August 4, 2015 (the "Offering"). The Trust
issued 1,961,300 Units at a price of $5.60 per Unit for gross proceeds of
approximately $11 million. The Trust
will use the net proceeds of the Offering to repay the revolving
credit facility and to fund future acquisitions. Finder's fees in
the aggregate of $318,619.63 were
paid in connection with the Offering.
The Units issued by the Trust are subject to customary hold
periods under applicable Canadian securities laws expiring on
January 23, 2016.
