can you NOT recognize a SCAM when you see so much turmoil and taking every direction on the compass to figure out how to entice more uneducated people to invest in this loser. it has not made anyone a dime since it's founding in 1992 and how many scammers have bought and sold this shell. and every one of them sold it to another scammer after they have run it to the point of legal complaints and legal action against the owners at the time. they made their money and faded into the sunset . come on there must be some one person really doing a deep dive into katx and it's owners even with buying another shell to confuse you. REALLY?

There’s no middle ground for the stock price now. Either they cancel the reverse split and put some sort of news out confirming that and the share price skyrockets or they don’t and we stay around this current price range.

reviewed the filing more thoroughly this morning-- NO MENTION of the RS.. Makes us wonder if it was postponed or removed. Normally there is a statement of any SS changes- it was omitted.
here is the normal statement from a DIFFERENT filing:
