To clear things up. I see a lot of speculation regarding KATX returning to expert. They are unsolicited. That means they do not get a grace period. If they were solicited they would have been in grace right now They are missing the latest Q. All tickers that go to Expert lose their solicited quote. Once the latest Q is submitted they will regain PC status. Simple as that. Nothing nefarious is going on. SMH

I've been able to purchase 1M shares this morning through Fidelity. There is no bid or ask. No sign of the orders being rejected so far.
Fidelity was not allowing trades yesterday, but they seem to be allowing today.

Thanks for that info. Perhaps there was something missing in the filing or someone at OTC Markets goofed up at changing the tier. Will keep watching

It was through Pershing... I guess they didn't catch that is was back in the expert market on the 1st trade, which is a restricted trade once that happens.

never have seen "dropped" before- very unusual

So I went back in and tried to buy more and it "dropped " the order and went back and shows "Dropped" on my order that went through, so I guess I didnt get any shares after all...

WOW-- weird!

I tried picking up 1 million shares yesterday and our system showed it was still in a restricted tier so I could not purchase... This morning the trade went through though it is back in the expert market again...crazy..

Unfortunately, they didn't file their Q for 5/31/2024, which was due on July 14, 2024.
Hopefully they'll get it done?? Expert Market till then.

What I remember was them not being allowed to do it last year in June, so then they went expert market as a way of throwing a fit. Has anything changed to allow them to actually execute it?

sadly. the slight gain of .00004 is just a PUMP. this thing never has and never will ever do anything on it's own, except flounder in the mud. it has no, zero, nada, zip assets or anything tangible.
