On August 24, 2023, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that the Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share on the Company’s common stock, payable September 29, 2023, to shareholders of record on September 15, 2023. HOUSTON, TEXAS, Aug. 24, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Quanex Building Products Corporation (NYSE:NX) (“Quanex” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share on the Company’s common stock, payable September 29, 2023, to shareholders of record on September 15, 2023.
