Products, announces that its Board of Directors has approved a
1% increase in the Company's quarterly dividend to $0.276 per share, or $1.10 per share on an annual basis, up from
$0.273 per share. This marks the
21st consecutive year Perrigo has increased its
dividend.
The cash dividend is payable on March 26,
2024, to shareholders of record on March 8, 2024.
