programs to help individuals and businesses with disaster-related

financial consequences of seeing their homes severely damaged,"

"With this loan program, Bank One can help people find the money
for repairs and other needs -- so at least the immediate financial
difficulties from the disaster are eased." Consumers who have been
impacted by the disaster and live in the seven Wisconsin counties
designated disaster areas by the Federal Emergency Management
Agency (FEMA) may apply for a personal installment loan with these
features: -- Loan amount up to $25,000 -- Discounted loan rate --
Deferred first payment -- No loan fee Individuals interested in
applying for these personal unsecured loans may visit any Bank One
banking center or call Bank One toll-free at 1-877-BK1-ASST
(1-877-251-2778). The offers are valid through Oct. 15, 2004.
Applicants must meet standard underwriting requirements to qualify
for the loans. Also, existing Bank One customers with loans or
lines of credit are eligible for account extensions. Existing
customers can call or stop by their Bank One banking center.
Business customers who reside in or own a business in one of the
affected counties and have been impacted by the disaster may apply
for a business installment unsecured loan with these features: --
Loan amount up to $35,000 -- Discounted loan rate -- Deferred first
payment up to 90 days -- No loan fee Business customers can call

flooding, FEMA declared an emergency in the following Wisconsin
