National Grid Appoints Andy Agg as Permanent CFO

National Grid PLC (NG.LN) said Wednesday that interim Chief
Financial Officer Andy Agg will take up the role permanently from
Jan. 1.
The FTSE 100 utility company said Mr. Agg will become an
executive director. Before becoming interim CFO in July, he was
National Grid's tax-and-treasury director.
