Seven members of Zila, Inc.’s management, including the following executive officers, have voluntarily agreed to suspend the receipt of their base salaries for the month of July 2008:

David A. Barshis		Senior Vice President and General Manager of Zila Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

The salary suspensions described above were effective on July 1, 2008.
