The Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held as a virtual meeting Thursday, May 16, 2019. At this meeting, the Company’s shareholders approved the following: the election of eight directors; the advisory vote on the compensation of named executives; and the ratification of the appointment of KPMG, LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm.
