Outlook Group Corp. (Nasdaq:OUTL) today announced that at a special meeting held today, shareholders approved the acquisition of the company by Vista Group Holdings, LLC for $13.50 per share. The transaction, which is subject to Vista financing and other closing conditions, is expected to be completed by the end of July 2006, or earlier.
