The HSI Profit Series POS is installed in 11 locations across Texas including the Chuy's, Hula Hut, Shady Grove, and Lucy's Boatyard concepts. The Profit Series POS was implemented at four of the eleven locations prior to the rollout. Chuy's Comida Deluxe, Inc. chose HSI as the sole vendor for all locations in an effort to consolidate disparate data from its three POS systems. HSI installed the Profit Series POS software and new file servers. Chuy's Comida Deluxe, Inc. chose to keep existing workstations at each of the locations.
