Matthews International Announces Quarterly Dividend

Matthews International Corporation (NASDAQ GSM: MATW) announced
that its Board of Directors declared, at its regularly scheduled
meeting today, a dividend of $0.20 per share on the Company’s
common stock.
The dividend is payable February 18, 2019 to stockholders of
record February 4, 2019.
