Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Mike Nasser has announced his retirement from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective October 30th.

Mr. Nasser is a co-founder of Jewett-Cameron as part of the management group that acquired a small lumber wholesaler in 1984. Mr. Nasser served as a primary lumber trader and Corporate Secretary from the acquisition until he stepped away from day-to-day involvement in December 2022. He was first appointed as a Director in May 2019.

Over the last 40 years, he has been an important part of the Company’s evolution and growth. The Company thanks Mr. Nasser for his years of dedicated service, leadership, and guidance, and wishes him the very best in his well-deserved retirement.
