Other Events

On December 21, 2023, HarborOne Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share. The dividend will be paid on January 18, 2024 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 4, 2024.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

BROCKTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HarborOne Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: HONE), the holding company of HarborOne Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share, to be paid on January 18, 2024 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 4, 2024.
