Item 8.01 Other Events.

On November 4, 2021, Harbor Custom Development, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that on November 3, 2021, its Board of Directors authorized the repurchase of up to $5 million worth of shares of common stock, representing approximately 17% of its outstanding shares, beginning November 22, 2021 and continuing through May 22, 2022. A copy of the press release announcing the stock repurchase plan is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
