On June 15, 2022, Fulton Financial Corporation (“Fulton”) and Prudential Bancorp, Inc. (“Prudential Bancorp”), issued a joint press release announcing, among other things, the results of the special meeting of shareholders of Prudential Bancorp in connection with Fulton’s previously announced acquisition of Prudential Bancorp.
