will release second quarter 2019 financial result after market
close on Wednesday, August 7, 2019. Further, Catalyst management
will host an investment-community conference call at 8:30 a.m. ET
on Thursday, August 8th, 2019 to discuss the financial results and
to provide a corporate update.
