Proceeds to benefit Susan G. Komen For the Cure(R) MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. Now available for a limited time only, Amy's Blend honors Amy Erickson, who succumbed to breast cancer in 1995 at the age of 33. Ten percent of the proceeds of Amy's Blend whole bean coffee sales and associated merchandise will benefit Susan G. Komen For the Cure. This year, Caribou Coffee is also introducing an Amy's Blend reloadable gift card through which one percent of all purchases made using the card will be donated to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
