California Micro Devices Settles Longstanding Litigation MILPITAS,
Calif., June 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- California Micro Devices
(NASDAQ:CAMD) today announced it has concluded agreements to settle
longstanding litigation with Chan Desaigoudar, a former Chairman of
the Board and CEO, and Tarsim Batra, a former vice president of the
company. The settlement agreement with Desaigoudar does not pertain
to a derivative case brought by affiliates of Desaigoudar in which
the plaintiff's case had been previously dismissed with prejudice
by the court following summary judgment. According to the company,
the settlement amounts, which are confidential, will have no impact
on its income statement since the amounts have been previously
accrued, as described in the company's public filings, and will
have a minimal impact on the company's cash position. About
