(e) Approval of Second Installment of Cash Bonuses

On February 3, 2010, the board of directors of Advanced Analogic Technologies Incorporated approved the following bonuses for named executive officers based upon the achievement of specified revenue targets in the second half of fiscal year 2009, which bonuses will be paid in the first quarter of 2010:
