Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 5, 2009, Advanced Analogic Technologies Incorporated issued a press release regarding its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2008, fiscal year 2008 and certain other information. The full text of the press release concerning the foregoing is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

The press release refers to certain non-GAAP financial measures. A reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures to the comparable GAAP financial measures is contained in the press release.
