Item 5.02 Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Appointment of Luke D’Angelo Chief Executive Officer

 

On February 16, 2021, the board of directors (the “Board”) of AppTech Corp. (the “Company”) promoted Luke D’Angelo, previously the Interim Chief Executive Officer, to the position of Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Mr. D’Angelo will continue to lead the development of a diversified business with service-based technologies as the cornerstone. The general terms and conditions of Mr. D’Angelo’s employment have not been altered to date in connection with his appointment. Finalized terms and conditions are anticipated in the near future.
