Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 21, 2020, STORE Capital Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release to provide an update on its business in light of the ongoing and continued economic uncertainties in the United States and globally arising from the COVID-19 pandemic. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
The information set forth in this Item 7.01 and in the attached Exhibit 99.1 is deemed to be “furnished” and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and is not incorporated by reference into any filing of the Company, whether made before or after the date hereof, regardless of any general incorporation language in such filing.
On October 21, 2020, the Company disclosed that, through October 20, 2020, it had received rent payments representing 90% of October contractual base rent and interest.
