On September 18, 2020, Vitana-X, Inc., f/k/a
GH Capital, Inc., (the “Company”) received the resignation of Matthias Goeth from his respective position as Director
for the Company effective September 30, 2020. There are no disputes or disagreements between the director and the Company.
