Air Liquide SA (AI.FR) said Tuesday that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with German industrial-gas supplier Messer Group GmbH for the sale of its entities in Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The French industrial company said that a total of 53 employees work in both locations.

Air Liquide added that the decision is part of its strategy to regularly review its portfolio and refocus its expansion in key regions.
