Target Corp.'s (TGT) Shipt unit on Tuesday said it has formed a same-day-delivery partnership with office-supplies retailer Office Depot Inc. (ODP).

Shipt, the membership-based delivery marketplace that Target acquired in late 2017 for $550 million, said same-day delivery from Office Depot and OfficeMax stores is now available to its members in more than 200 markets, serving more than 60 million households.

Shipt said it is focused on adding new, multi-vertical retail partners throughout the year.
