Item 8.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 30, 2019, Agile Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the outcome of the meeting with the Bone, Reproductive and Urologic Drugs Advisory Committee of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, which occurred on October 30, 2019, to review the Company’s New Drug Application for its lead product candidate, Twirla ® (AG200-15), an investigational combined hormonal contraceptive patch.
