(a)     On February 1 st, 2019, Wong Zhi Min has been appointed as a director Secretary Treasurer of You Han Data Tech Company Ltd.

 

(b)    (c) On February 1 st , 2019, Ronald Hughes notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of YHDT. (“YHDT” or “us” or “we” or “our”) that he retires as a director Secretary of the YHDT Board and does not wish to seek re-election or appointment of another officer director position. Ronald Hughe’s term as a director will end immediately.
