Indian Authorities Open Antitrust Investigation of Shipping Cos -Reuters

--Denmark's A.P. Moller-Maersk and Dubai's DP World are the
targets of an antitrust investigation being carried out by
authorities in India, Reuters reported Tuesday, citing "five
sources familiar with the matter."
--The Competition Commission of India opened the investigation
at the Mumbai port following a complaint from Singapore company PSA
International Pte Ltd., the report said.
--A preliminary investigation led the CCI to conclude Maersk and
DP World worked together prevent PSA from operating effectively at
the Mumbai port, the report said, citing "two of the sources who
have direct knowledge of the case."
