Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 11, 2018, the Company withdrew the prospectus previously filed with the Ontario Securities Commission on June 28, 2018. This was an administrative withdrawal as the company is in the process of making an amendment to the previously filed prospectus and will resubmit the amended prospectus once the updates have been completed.
