BHGE Baker Hughes a GE Company

Baker Hughes, a GE Company (BHGE) on Monday said it will delay reporting its third-quarter 2018 earnings to Oct. 30 following a similar move by parent company General Electric Co. (GE).

The Houston oil-services company had previously planned to report its earnings on Oct. 25.

GE last week delayed the release of it quarterly results to Oct. 30 from Oct. 25, saying its recently appointed chief executive needs more time to complete his review of the embattled conglomerate.

GE has indicated that it plans to sell its 62.5% stake in Baker Hughes in coming years.
