BANCOLOMBIA ANNOUNCES DECISION BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

 

Medellin, Colombia, June 28, 2017

 

 

In a meeting held yesterday, the Board of Directors authorized the sale of Bancolombia shares by relatives of Board of Directors member Andres Felipe Mejia Cardona. The authorization was granted by the Board of Directors unanimously, except for Dr. Mejia, who abstained.

 

The transaction will be carried out in accordance with Bancolombia’s internal procedures for the negotiation of Bancolombia shares by its officers and directors, available at www.grupobancolombia.com.co on the “Corporate Governance” page.
