Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On June 12, 2017, Wen Liang Li resigned as Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Wen Wei Ma resigned as Vice President of Manufacturing of Highpower International, Inc. (the “Company”). Wen Liang Li will remain as a director of the Company. Both will continue working with the Company as either an employee or consultant.
