Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
At the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of CONSOL Energy Inc. (the “Company”) held on May 9, 2017 (the “Annual Meeting”), the Company’s shareholders considered five proposals, each of which is described in more detail in the Proxy Statement.
