In addition, 69% of those working in brands and agencies that engage in Influencer Marketing now have a stand-alone budget for the approach. From 2014-16, an overall upward budget trend continued — with marketers reporting high-end annual budgets of $700k+ and more than 1 in 5 estimating their corporate-wide Influencer Marketing budgets to be in excess of $1 million.

  • In 2016, the median level Influencer Marketing budget for brands was $500-999k.
  • This increase in spending directly correlates to an increase in positive net effectiveness momentum of Influencer Marketing by 61% from 2015-16.
