Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that on 12 April
2017, the following Executive Directors and PDMRs received
nil cost ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (“shares”) on
the maturity of a third each of their deferred annual bonus share
awards granted in 2015 and 2016. Following the maturity, each
recipient requested that the Trustee of the Charles Taylor
Employees’ Share Ownership Plan (“the Trustee”) sell sufficient
shares to cover their tax and NI liabilities and dealing costs and
transfer the balance into their name as indicated below:-

*The figures for Jeremy Grose also include shares received on
the maturity of the final third of his deferred annual bonus share
award granted in 2014. Jeremy Grose also elected to sell the
balance of his awards from 2014 and 2015, retaining the balance of
his award from 2016 after selling sufficient shares to cover his
tax and NI liabilities and dealing costs.
The shares sold were sold on 12 April
