Dividend Declaration
On November 10, 2016, Fidelity & Guaranty Life (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly dividend of $0.065 per share. The dividend is payable on December 12, 2016 to the Company’s stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 28, 2016. A copy of the press release announcing the declaration is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
