( 1)	On October 13, 2016, Reporting Person acquired 1,100,000 share of common stock of the Issuer pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement by and among certain sellers and buyers (including the Reporting Person) therein whereby 65.1% of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock were acquired by the buyers.
