The Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended July 31, 2016 (the “Form 10-K”) was unable to be completed in time without unreasonable effort and expense to the Company. There has been a change of control and the Company needs more time to work with its auditors and counsel to complete the Form 10-K.
