FTE Networks Signs Master Services Agreement with EdgeConneX

NAPLES, FL--(July 28, 2016) - FTE Networks, Inc. (OTCQX:FTNW) ("FTE" or the "Company”) a leading network infrastructure solutions provider in the technology and telecommunications vertical, today announced that it has signed a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with EdgeConneX Inc. (EdgeConneX), a global Edge Data Center® provider that presents a robust Internet ecosystem with colocation services providing space, power and connectivity to deliver digital content in a seamless, integrated network. EdgeConneX provides its products and services in more than 3,000 national locations and has 24 Edge Data Centers across the U.S. and five (5) underway across Europe. Under the agreement, FTE will provide Inside Plant (ISP) services within Edge Data Centers worldwide.
