Unilever Prices $1.25 Billion Bond Offering

LONDON--Anglo-Dutch consumer goods company Unilever PLC
(ULVR.LN) said Tuesday that it has priced a dual-tranche $1.25
billion bond offering in the U.S. market.
The company will issue $550 million worth of 1.375% fixed rate
notes due July 28, 2021, and a further $700 million worth of 2.0%
fixed rate notes due July 28, 2026.
The offer closes on July 28.
