Item 7.01              Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On January 13, 2015, Magnum Hunter Resources Corporation (the “Company”) furnished a Current Report on Form 8-K to report that, among other things, the Company had updated its Investor Presentation slide deck and posted the updated Investor Presentation on the Company’s website.  The updated Investor Presentation that was posted to the Company’s website incorrectly stated that the Company’s estimated 2014 revenue was approximately $325 million.  This was caused by an inadvertent calculation error.  The Company’s corrected estimate for 2014 revenue is approximately $400 million.

 

A revised Investor Presentation, stating the correct estimated 2014 revenue amount, has been posted to the Company’s website (www.magnumhunterresources.com) under “Investors — Presentations / Conference Calls — Corporate Presentation.”
