is announcing today that it has signed a Letter of Intent with a
Nevada corporation to acquire
several patents owned by that Company.
The terms of the Letter of Intent call for confidentiality, due
to the proprietary nature of the patents involved. The Letter of
Intent also requires a thirty day due diligence period before the
parties to the Letter of Intent proceed to a more formal asset
purchase agreement.
