& Struggles (Nasdaq:HSII), a premier provider of Executive

worldwide, today announced that Lyndon Taylor has rejoined the firm
as Partner within the Financial Services. He will be based in
Chicago.
Taylor spent the past decade at a global executive search firm,
where he focused on C-level executive search and assessment
assignments at publicly traded and privately held organizations,
rising through the ranks to be managing director within the
Financial Services practice. Taylor also played an integral
role within the CEO & Board practice and led the firm's
Diversity Practice.

Taylor began his professional career in investment banking with
Bank of America Merrill Lynch and UBS and also spent time in
corporate development with Enron. In 2001, Taylor joined
Heidrick & Struggles' Houston
office as Principal.

Prior to college, Taylor served as an enlisted person in the

Bachelor of Science in Ethnic Studies from Southern Methodist University in Texas. He also holds a Master of Business
Administration in Business Policy and Strategy from the
University of Chicago – Booth School of
Business. Taylor is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and a former board member of the
Hubbard Street Dance Chicago.
