Item 8.01. Other Events

 

As a result of delayed financing, the Company is not able to complete the annual audit of its operations and filing of the Form 10-K for the year ended March 31, 2014 as well as the completion and filing of the Form 10-Q for the three months ended June 30, 2014. It is unlikely that the Company will file its Form 10-K or Form 10-Q before the end of July.
