Explanation of Responses:
( 1)	As of June 20, 2014, KRED had 76,971,228 issued and outstanding common shares. Based on this, Mr. Roberts' direct current shareholdings comprise 10.1% of KRED's common shares.
( 2)	250,499 common shares were awarded to Shaun Roberts under a Form S-8 Registration Statement filed May 27, 2014 (the "Award Shares"). KRED separately registered the Award Shares under the 33 Act, by filing on May 29, 2014 a Post-Effective amendment to the Form S-8 Registration Statement which contained a re-offer prospectus in reference to the Award Shares.
( 3)	Not prior to 10/04/2014. On December 12, 2013, KRED issued to Mr. Roberts 1,000,000 call options to purchase 1,000,000 restricted common shares of KRED. These options vest on, or after, October 4, 2014 only if the share price of KRED trades above $1.00 per share.
( 4)	As reported in KonaRed Corporation's ('KRED') filings to the SEC, Shaun Roberts was a founder, director, officer, and a majority shareholder of Sandwich Isles Trading Co., Inc. ('SITC'), which was purchased by KRED on October 4, 2013 under an Asset Purchase Agreement. As part of the Asset Purchase Agreement, Mr. Roberts and another SITC director were designated as trustees of 42,750,000 KRED restricted common shares to be distributed to SITC shareholders as the purchase price for SITC's assets. Mr. Roberts own shareholdings and those of his spouse Dana Roberts were included within this 42,750,000 shares.
( 5)	Prior to May 8, 2014, Dana Roberts transferred all her ownership interests in SITC to Shaun Roberts. On May 23, 2014, SITC was dissolved as a corporation and processing of distribution of the KRED shares in trust began. Mr. Roberts own shareholdings of KRED restricted common shares is 7,815,386, based on an exchange ratio of 1.6757 KRED shares for each 1 SITC share previously held. Because processing of the share distribution is still underway, the balance of 34,934,614 shares which are still under Mr. Roberts' indirect ownership as a trustee are also reported in this Form 3.

Remarks:
Regarding "Date of Event", on May 8, 2014 KonaRed Corporation filed a Form 8A with the SEC which created the requirement for Shaun Roberts to file this Form 3 due to his positions as an officer and director of the Company and standing as a 10% shareholder.
