SearchCore, Inc. (OTCQX: SRER) announces that the company has moved their headquarters and operations from Lake Forest, California to Tyler, Texas, and that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wisdom Homes Of America, Inc., which specializes in owning and operating manufactured home retail centers, sold its first manufactured home since receiving its license in April.

Wisdom Homes Of America closed its first transaction last Thursday, and has since experienced an increase in transactional activity over the past thirty days. The company currently has over twenty transactions that are at various stages of the manufactured home buying experience. The company has acquired two retail centers, and opened a third retail center in Texas over the past ninety days. The company anticipates opening a minimum of six locations by year end.

As a result of the performance by Wisdom Homes Of America in the Texas market, the parent company, SearchCore, has relocated to Texas effective immediately.

Mr. Brent Nelms, President of Wisdom Homes Of America, states, "Our positive results in such a short period of time have been significant. Especially since our full inventory of homes haven't yet arrived at our multiple locations. We're starting to generate a high volume of interest from home buyers which is a direct result of our various marketing campaigns that really only took effect in early May. We are now taking orders for homes before they even arrive. And now we are starting to put numbers on the board. I'm really looking forward to the buying season that is just about to start."
